You need to be at least 18 years old and have working rights in Poland in order to become a Brand Ambassador. Simply submit your details through the website or the Oppizi app, complete your onboarding & wait for approval.
In order to work with Oppizi, you need to provide us with a document which confirms that you have rights to work in Poland: work permit, student visa or employment visa.
No, you do not need to have a freelancer status (you do not need to have a company registered in Poland). We also accept self-employed persons
You need to provide your ID or passport number.
After completing your onboarding session, the team will verify your application. We will inform the outcome by email & app push notification. Please keep an eye for our message.
Your paydate depends on whether you’ll be cooperating with us under contract of mandate or as a contractror. If you have a registered company and choose to work on the basis of self-emloyed contract, you will be paid for all missions completed within the first week in 10 business days after completion and the payments will then be received on a weekly basis. When it comes to contract of mandate, the payments are held monthly, at the beginning of each month for all the hours worked and bonuses earned the previous month.
Yes! It’s up to you to create your own schedule based on your availability. Missions will be available to select across your city through the Oppizi App. Make sure to keep your notifications active to not miss any!
For each mission you can get as much as 111.50 PLN (91.50 PLN for the mission + 20 PLN bonus for being on time). On top of that, you will get 2.50 PLN for each client that uses your code (i.e. 20 clients = +50 PLN).
Each mission is 3 hours long or as long as it takes you to hand out all of the flyers. If you distribute all the flyers assigned in under 3 hours, you can finish early!
You can check out but please return any leftover flyers at the next pickup time. If you do not have any missions for a specific client, you may also return their uniform at the next pickup time.
The number of flyers is allocated based on our experience in your city. We do expect all the flyers to be distributed. Having said that, if you think you are not going to achieve the goal, please make sure to reach out your city manager via the App chat, text or call, as soon as possible to explain the situation, they will be able to assist you, relocate you or train you. They are never far away and always here to help!
Yes, you need to conduct at least 3 missions per week (9 hours of work)
Yes, many of our Brand Ambasadors take breaks between missions for various reasons, we always welcome Brand Ambasadors to return to work with us.
