The challenge
Jimmy Brings, Australia’s leading on-demand alcohol delivery service, wanted to accelerate customer acquisition in key urban areas. Competing in a fast-moving, highly competitive market, they needed a direct and measurable way to reach potential customers outside of digital channels.
Their campaign goals were to:
- Drive app downloads & sign-ups in areas where convenience and speed are valued
- Increase delivery orders in targeted metro areas
- Engage consumers with a compelling offer that encourages them to sign-up
- Gain access to detailed performance tracking for better decision-making
Jimmy Brings needed a campaign that would deliver trackable, real-world conversions while boosting brand visibility on the streets where demand was highest.
Our solution
D2D campaign
Jimmy Brings launched its first Oppizi campaign in Sydney, NSW, in July 2020, trialing door-to-door drops. After seeing strong results, the partnership expanded into a nationwide collaboration, distributing branded flyers and magnets across Australia.
Door-to-door drops allowed Jimmy Brings to place branded materials directly into the hands of households, building awareness while prompting immediate trial.
The result
The campaign exceeded expectations, driving a 66% lift in brand awareness and acquiring more than 1,600 new customers during the activation period.
In total, over 875,000 flyers were distributed across Australia. The strong results cemented Oppizi as Jimmy Brings’ trusted offline partner, powering its nationwide campaigns throughout 2020 and 2021.
