Drop audience files, CRM extracts or partner lists onto the server on your own schedule, keep your own field structure, and segment and personalize from whatever lands. Canadian accounts also connect through Braze and Shopify for lifecycle and event-based campaigns, so SFTP tends to carry the large or unusual files those integrations are not built for. Data handling is SOC 2 Type II compliant whichever route you choose.
