Summary

  • Oppizi OS now has Organizations and Teams: your company is one Organization, with a Team for each market, channel, or client
  • Each Team keeps its own campaigns, audiences, integrations, API keys, and files, and runs in its own country
  • Three fixed roles control who sees what, and billing profiles map to your legal entities so Teams paid by the same entity share one
  • Live now for every account; multiple Teams are available on request for enterprise and agency accounts

Oppizi OS now has Organizations and Teams. Your company is one Organization, and every market, channel, or client runs as its own Team inside it, with its own campaigns, its own people, and billing set up by legal entity.

If you run offline in several countries, you know the setup this replaces: an account per market, logins shared across teams, and payer details kept in sync by hand. Uber Eats acquired 2M+ new customers with Oppizi across 10+ countries, and programs at that scale need an account structure built for them. Here's what's new.

"Our biggest customers don't run offline from one desk. They run it market by market, with local teams who know their streets and a central team that needs the whole picture. Organizations and Teams finally lets them divide and conquer across teams and countries, with more control over who sees what and who pays for what." Arthur Favier, Founder of Oppizi

One Organization, a Team for every market

An Organization is your company, and a Team is the working account inside it where campaigns run. A Team can be a market, a channel, or, for an agency, one end client.

The Organization has no country of its own, so it can hold Teams in different countries. A delivery company might run "Delivery US", "Delivery CA", and "Delivery AU" as three Teams under one Organization, each set up for its own market.

Each Team keeps its own setup

Campaigns, audiences, integrations, API keys, and files all live on the Team. Your Canadian team's audiences and connected tools belong to that team, so local marketers work in their own space without touching another market's setup.

Every Team runs in its own country, with that country's channels and payment methods. The country is set when the Team is created, so launching a new country means adding a new Team for it. People who work across markets switch Teams from the dropdown in the header.

Roles that match how your company runs

Access comes from three fixed roles, and each role sits on a specific Team.

RoleSeesCan do
Org AdminEvery Team in the Organization, automaticallyManages company settings, billing, spend, and all members. Creates Teams, invites anyone, and is the only role that can make someone else an Org Admin
Team AdminOnly their own TeamsSets a Team up: integrations, audiences, API keys, members, and billing details. Creates and submits campaigns
Team MemberOnly their own TeamsUses what's set up: campaigns, audiences, dashboards, and payment. Can invite other Team Members only

A market lead can be Team Admin on their own market and see nothing else in the company. Someone covering two regions can be Team Admin on one and Team Member on the other. Joining a Team never reveals the rest of the Organization, and every Organization always keeps at least one Org Admin.

Billing details now live on billing profiles that belong to the Organization, one for each legal entity that pays. Every Team paid by the same entity shares that profile, so finance sets it up once instead of once per market.

  • Edits apply going forward. A change to a profile applies to future invoices for every Team on it. Issued invoices keep the payer details they had.
  • US tax exemption follows the entity. Exemption certificates sit on the billing profile, per state, and every Team on that profile shares them.
  • Cards are assigned by Team. Saved cards sit with the Organization, and you choose which Teams can use each one.
  • Enterprise profiles are set up with you. For enterprise and agency accounts, the legal payer is confirmed with your team, never guessed.

What you pay doesn't change, and invoices look the same as before.

Already on Oppizi? Nothing changes

A single-market account is now an Organization with one Team inside it, and that Team is the account you already use. Logins, campaigns, audiences, integrations, saved cards, and invoices all work as before. Several of our multi-market customers already run as one Organization, with a Team for each market.

How to get more Teams

Multiple Teams are available on request for enterprise and agency accounts, whether you run direct mail, flyering, inserts, or all three. In Oppizi OS, open your profile menu, select Meet Organization mode, then Request access. Once it's switched on, your Org Admins can create Teams straight away.

Frequently asked questions

What are Organizations and Teams in Oppizi OS?

An Organization is your company in Oppizi OS, and a Team is the working account inside it. Each Team is a market, a channel, or an agency client, with its own campaigns, audiences, integrations, API keys, and files. The Organization holds your Teams, members, billing profiles, and saved cards.

How many teams can an Organization have?

Most accounts run as one Organization with one Team. Enterprise and agency accounts can hold many Teams, one for each market, channel, or client. Multiple Teams are available on request: open your profile menu, select Meet Organization mode, then Request access, and we'll switch it on with you.

Can I control which teams each person sees?

Yes. Roles sit on each Team, so a market lead can be Team Admin on their market and see nothing else in the company. Team Admins and Team Members see only their own Teams. Org Admins see every Team automatically, and only an Org Admin can make someone else an Org Admin.

Can several teams share one billing profile?

Yes. A billing profile represents the legal entity that pays, so every Team paid by that entity shares it, along with any US tax exemption on it. Edits apply to future invoices only. If one Team bills to a different entity, it gets its own profile instead.

Can a team change its country?

No. A Team's country is set when it's created and stays fixed, because its channels and payment methods come from that country. When your company launches in a new country, you add a new Team for it inside the same Organization, with its own setup and members.

Do existing accounts need to do anything?

No. A single-market account is now an Organization with one Team inside it, and that Team is the account you already use. Logins, campaigns, audiences, integrations, saved cards, and invoices all work as before, and what you pay doesn't change.
